Shipping, Returns & Guarantee

All herbs and teas are prepared fresh for each order and will be sent out at the soonest availability. Shipping charges are delegated per shipping zip code. Prices are subject to local shipping charges. U.S. orders usually arrive within about 2-3 days with express shipping and 3-5 days with ground shipping. Canadian orders are charged per USPS pricing  per order, and take 10-15 days on average to arrive. All other orders outside the United States will be charged per USPS pricing per order for shipping, and usually take 15-30 business days.International orders are welcome. Please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order. Please notate that we do accept back orders which means if we have a product that you want and it’s out of stock we will still accept the order and ship it out at the soonest availability date of that item. *Pandemic delays have the possibility to delay shipments. All orders will be processed in the quickest time possible per the current economic climate conditions. 

Standard Return Policy

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacements, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay for all shipping costs. The item can be returned for your money back within 5 business days of receipt. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, or additional charges may be applied. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us. To Return a Product

Please email service at service at kandake@kuretea.org and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address.Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
